Join us at Radius for all your health and fitness needs!  Early morning or early evening Wed and Thurs and lets get fit together.

YOGA
TUES:
FLOW - 5.30 PM: Mix of meditation, pranayama and Vinyasa Flow movement.

TUES: YIN - 7.00PM: Guided meditation with very gentle Hatha shapes that calm and de-stress the body and the mind. No yoga experience needed.

FRI: GENTLE FLOW 9.00AM: Meditation, pranayama with gentle and strength building yoga shapes. Beginners and return yogis welcome.

60 mins each class | $10 per session
