Photography builds bridges between art and audiences that are unique, robust and often unexpected. Ballarat International Foto Biennale began as Daylesford Foto Biennale in 2005. To celebrate the roots of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale, Radius is proud to introduce the inaugural Radius Photo Award.
