What’s happening at Radius?
Events, Classes + Exhibitions.
At Radius, we believe that creativity is more than painting. Creativity is about making, participating and learning.
We want to actively encourage a wide range of people to get involved. Our calendar of events has something for everyone.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP
Are you living with:
• Divorce and separation issues
• Parenting issues
• Children and behavior issues
• Relationship and family issues
• Financial Issues
• Business Issues
• Behaviors that you no longer want
• Feelings you can’t explain or move past
• Wanting to understand the relationship with yourself
• Patterns that keep repeating
• Grief
• Exclusion
Many health professionals search for the cause of emotional fears in specific events of our life, or in the unconscious layers of our minds. We inherit our eye colour, blood type, skin and hair colour from our parents, is it possible we also inherit the residue from traumatic events that took place in our family. While is it easy to see where our physical traits come from, these emotional patterns can be hidden but can be deeply embedded and felt even without our conscious knowledge.

Kim Percy Art Auction
Many of you may know Kim has been doing a PhD investigating dyslexia through her art practice. Her reason for doing this work is to broaden understanding of dyslexia and to elevate the positive creative attributes through painting, photography and video. Kim has been invited to present her research at the British Dyslexia Conference and has an art residency in Ireland in June. To help pay for these events, Kim has selected artwork from her 30 year career for a silent (and perhaps, not so silent) auction to raise money. She will be selling paintings, drawings and photographs that include pieces from The Swing, Mountain Out of Words and the bird drawings from Gunyah.
This is a unique opportunity to purchase a piece of her artwork at a price that is more affordable than her exhibitions. Come along for a glass or two and meet up with friends to celebrate her achievements.
The exhibition is on now at Radius Art.

Jon Harris - Latest Works
Jonathon Harris explores the relationship between queer and non-queer politics, the definition of the profound, spoken and unspoken communications and how history, language, audience and objects can coexist within the art or performance space.
There is a possibility of a performative action by the artist. A spoken performance that revolves around the central image, creating a space for humour, confession, reflection and contemplation. This will be a repeat of a 2022 performance from the LON Gallery Melbourne.

Nick Sara: Clouds of Stone
Clouds of Stone features paintings by local Hepburn painter, Nick Sara. They tell a story of the landscape of his home town of Burra, SA and the relationship that we have with the Australian post colonised land. Vibrant colour create an intensity that offer a dreamlike narrative of connection, memory and place.
Join us on Saturday 29th October to celebrate these new works.
Artist Talk - Eloise Grills and Nina hassal
Artist Talk with Eloise Grills and Nina Hassall
Big Beautiful Female Theory
The exhibition explores notions of femininity, the abject, inheritance, the body and diet culture, and the domestic, through watercolour and gouache, oil paintings, found objects, collage, and more. Through deeply personal works, Hassall, Grills and Gorring examine what femininity means to them, in an increasingly fragmented, unknowable world. The exhibition will launch on September 3rd from 3–5pm with a special guest performance at Radius Art, 76 Main Road, Hepburn and will continue until the 15th of October.
Words In Winter 2022
Words in Winter is back. Our favourite local literary and arts festival held in August in the Hepburn Shire and surrounding districts. Lots of events will be happening at Radius over the WIW festival weekend.
Hortus Conclusus (Copy)
The ineffability of Passion & Desire. An immersive performance. This live performance includes projections by local artist Jean-Marc Dupre with the voice ofCecilia Macaulay.
